Workshop Objective

To equip participants with practical communication tools that foster empathy, compassion, and grace, strengthen trust across differences, and help create a culture where people feel heard, respected, valued, and accountable.

Overview

A 90-minute to half-day facilitated workshop in which leaders identify culture strengths and trust gaps, discuss the employee experience, and create practical commitments for improving connection and retention.

When people feel unheard or misunderstood, communication breaks down and trust suffers. In this engaging, interactive workshop, Anna Maria helps participants move beyond assumption and reaction, creating a culture of empathy, compassion, and grace.

Employees and leaders bring different experiences, expectations, and perspectives to work. Participants explore practical ways to listen across differences, communicate with respect, and build trust.

Drawing on more than 25 years in corporate HR, Anna Maria gives participants practical ways to acknowledge others without abandoning their own point of view, navigate difficult conversations with greater care, and help create a culture where people feel valued and included.

GRACE AT WORK is the beginning of your cultural transformation.
