Pre-Adoption Support
Supportive services are available pre-adoption as you manage stress and the upcoming challenge of inviting a child into your family. I will help you to manage expectations - from hopeful to stressful to joyful, focusing on being realistic about the challenges faced throughout the adoption process.​
Post-adoption Parenting Support
Supportive services are available post-adoption that will aid in the transition to move forward together as a family. I will help with understanding issues related to parenting an adopted child, for example, behavioral issues stemming from loss.
Career Coaching
For adoptive families who are experiencing career challenges, job elimination or transition issues, I offer employment coaching and resume review. I can give support regarding new career plans and decisions, give insight as to how to build a network and restore confidence in your interview skills and overall job search. Together we can clarify a realistic job target and build a plan to reach your goal.
